Give a Talk about Your Work at Aurora PhotoCenter
Throughout 2026, Aurora PhotoCenter will host a series of artist talks to increase visibility of Indiana artists and the creative work in photography being made in our arts community.
Each talk in the series will:
*Take place in Aurora PhotoCenter’s Main Gallery unless otherwise stated
*Be about 45-50 minutes long, followed by a question-and-answer period
*Feature original work made by an artist working in photography and currently residing in Indiana
*Highlight a variety of photographic subjects and styles
Each speaking artist will receive a $100 stipend for their talk. Aurora will provide a digital projector and assist with promoting and producing the talk in the space.
To apply for an Aurora artist talk, please supply the following information. Talks will be considered on an ongoing basis and in the order in which they are received.
Your application will be acknowledged via email, and Aurora will reach out within a month of receiving your application if there is interest in hosting your talk. Aurora will provide guidance and opportunities for feedback if you need assistance developing your talk.
